Joe Gandelman joins the crowd of lemmings jumping off the cliff of assumed guilt by failing to first verify the facts of the Randi Rhodes mugging (which never happened). True, Gandelman adds appropriate weasel words to maintain the appearance of good taste and plausible deniability, but the implication seems pretty clear to me.
